We monitor the wine during each single step, from cultivating the grapes to their maturity, always with respect to our standards of quality.
The fermentation must result with the use of steel, that is, use of containers for the fermenting as well as containers for the maturation. In the cellar the inox (stainless) steel is the dominant material.
The steel containers assure a high level for the efficient process of production of wine with consideration the variety of grapes and type of treatment.
The finishing is done in small barrels of French oak which we use to mature our most precious wines.
Here we refine our grand red wines over months until they reach their highest level of complexity which is characterized by a perfect balance between flavour and structure.
